Our goal is to provide you and your students with a great field trip that provides theater, storytelling, and visual arts experiences that are unique to Treehouse and our exhibits.
To ensure the best tour possible, your school group should:
• Check in at the Welcome Desk about 5 minutes prior to the tour beginning time listed above with an exact count of students and adults and your payment as a group. Treehouse accepts payment by cash, credit card, school or district check, or pre approved Purchase Order. (Note: Ogden and Weber District schools are prepaid by their District Foundations and so do not need to pay when they come on their field trip.)
• Pre assign your adult chaperones to supervise groups of no more than 5 students during the tour rotations and during Exploration Time, which is usually about 25 to 30 minutes at the end of your tour. Remember, you must have one adult for every 5 children. If you don’t have that many adults with your group, we will be unable to offer Exploration Time to your students, since we are open to the public as well as your group. Please email or call us about your situation if you have questions.
• We suggest having students wear large stickers, tags, or shirts that help us identify the students in your school group.
Please note that Treehouse’s cancellation policy includes $20 non refundable fee should you need to cancel your group reservation at Treehouse for any reason other than weather issues or illness. Please email us if you have questions not answered here or on our website.
Thanks, again, for scheduling a tour at Treehouse. We look forward to welcoming you and your children.
Treehouse Museum is a private, non profit, educational organization. All group tours are subsidized by grants and donations in order to offer the group discounted rate.
We Look Forward to Seeing You at Treehouse! Thank you again!
