Our goal is to provide you and your families with a great event that provides experiences that are unique to Treehouse and our exhibits.
To ensure the best event possible, your group leaders should:
• Arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to the start of your event and checking in with staff at our Welcome Desk, who will help you with set up for your event and verify any payment for this event.
• Greet your guests and helping them get oriented and learn your plans for the event.
• Supervise your guests during the activities you have planned, ensuring they are walking, eating only in areas designated for refreshments, using the exhibits gently and appropriately, and helping keep things tidy and clean.
Please note that Treehouse’s cancellation policy for rentals includes $100 non refundable fee should you need to cancel your event at Treehouse for any reason. Please email if you have questions not answered here or on our website.
