Our goal is to provide you and your children with a great trip to Treehouse that provides unique experiences that can only be found at Treehouse.

To ensure the best tour possible, your preschool group should:

• Check in at the Welcome Desk about 5 minutes prior to the tour beginning time listed above with an exact count of children and adults and your payment as a group. Treehouse accepts payment by cash, credit card, or check from your preschool.

• Pre assign your adult chaperones to supervise groups of no more than 5 children during the tour activities at the beginning and end of your visit and during Exploration Time, which is usually about an hour for preschool groups. Remember, you must have one adult for every 5 children.

• Please consider having the children wear large stickers or tags with first names or shirts that help us identify the students in your preschool group.

Please note that Treehouse's cancellation policy includes a $20 non refundable fee should you need to cancel your preschool tour at Treehouse for any reason other than weather issues or illness. Please email us if you have questions not answered here or on our website.
