Please let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or special needs that we should be aware of. In addition – if you are registering for a child – to provide your child with the best experience possible at HCA, it would be very helpful if you let us know the following information: Does your child have an IEP, 504 plan, or require extra or one-to-one assistance at school? Is there anything else that would be helpful for us to know?
Would you like to make a donation to the HCA annual fund to ensure that we can continue to offer free events, and make exceptional arts programs accessible to all?
