The Hopkinton Center for the Arts (HCA) is newly renovated and perfect for large gatherings and special occasions such as weddings, graduations, showers, corporate meeting, bat/bah mitzvahs, retreats, conferences, and special events.
The performance center features an open floor plan, stunning wood beams, climate-control, and hard wood floors. This is the largest space in the arts center accomodating up to 150 guests for a seated reception with dance floor or up to 250 with mixed seating. Adjacent is the lobby with a built in bar, walls of art, rustic accents and a granite welcome desk. Adjacent to the lobby, and up a flight of stairs is a second large rental space that can accomodate up to 60 guests.
Room: Delbridge Performance Space (accommodates 75 – 250 ppl)
Non-weekend rate (Monday – Thursday): $1500 flat fee for 6 hour rental; rate negotiable for non-profit groups
Weekend rate (Friday-Sunday): $2500 flat fee for 6 hour rental, rate negotiable for non-profit groups.
Additional fees may be applied for equipment, resources, set/up & clean-up and insurance
Room: Loft (accommodates up to 60 ppl)
Non-weekend rate (Monday-Thursday): $100/hr (Min 2 hours/Max 5 hours), $25/hr for non-profit groups
Weekend rate (Friday-Sunday): $150/hr (Min 2 hours/Max 5 hours), $75/hr for non-profit groups
Additional fees may be applied for equipment, resources, set/up & clean-up and insurance
Room: Dance Studio (accomodates 6-12 ppl)
